序
仏の智慧は海のごとく広大にして、
Buddha's Wisdom is broad as the ocean
仏の心は大慈悲なり。
and His Spirit is full of great Compassion.
仏は姿なくして妙なる姿を示し、
Buddha has no form but manifests Himself in Exquisiteness
身をもって教えを説かれた。
and leads us with His whole heart of Compassion.
この本は2,500余年の間、国を超え民族を超えて保ち続けられてきた5,000余巻の仏の教えの精髄である。
This book is valuable because it contains the essence of the Buddha's teachings as recorded in over five thousand volumes.
These teachings have been preserved and handed down for more than twenty five hundred years extending beyond borders and racial barriers of the world.
